Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site electrical installation works and ensure high standards of workmanship
• Lead your site team, organizing people and processes for maximum effectiveness
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align plans with real-world conditions
• Participate in site meetings, representing Caramondani Engineers, communicating clearly and confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee the creation of construction drawings, providing insights and approvals as needed
• Be part of the maintenance teams for various maintenance contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Member of ETEK
• 4-5 years of experience in managing site installations, especially in complex MEP projects
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a challenging and fast paced environment and meeting demanding deadlines
• Additional attributes
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or public infrastructure projects
• Adept with AutoCAD or Revit, and understand how to bridge the gap between technical drawings and on-site execution
• Eager to grow into more senior leadership or project management roles over time
• Well-functioning member of a team who people enjoy working with.
