Ayia Napa Marina

Ayia Napa Marina is the realization of the dream and vision of the project’s partners, Cypriot entrepreneur Gerasimos Caramondanis and Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris who joined forces to implement a long-term strategic plan aiming to set a new standard for premier luxury seafront marina living in the Mediterranean and to become the first choice destination for boaters, residents and guests.

Designed by US-based architecture, engineering and planning firm, SmithGroupJJR, the integrated, modern, luxury marina development features two iconic twisting towers with 220 apartments, 35 villas, shops, restaurants, yacht club and beach club, and modern berthing facilities for 600 yachts.

Ayia Napa Marina is a Design, Finance, Build and Operate concession agreement signed in 2012 between MM Makronisos Marina Ltd and the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Cyprus.
